Dr. Kapadia’s extensive medical training began at the Emory University School of Medicine, where he earned his medical degree. He remained at Emory to complete a five-year residency in general surgery, followed by an independent residency in plastic surgery. Prior to medical school, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Public Health from Northwestern University. He holds board certifications from both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery.

Beyond his clinical duties, Dr. Kapadia is a Clinical Professor for the Ascension Saint Joseph Hospital Surgery Residency and a Clinical Associate Professor for the University of Chicago Plastic Surgery Residency. He has contributed significantly to medical literature, with publications in the Annals of Plastic Surgery, Aesthetic Surgery Journal, and Journal of Craniofacial Surgery. His leadership experience includes serving as the Executive Director for the Emory chapter of Project Medishare for Haiti.
