Gist specializes in a variety of relaxation massage and healing massage therapies, plus hair care services such as silk press and conditioning.

After she graduated from a California trade school that focused on beauty and hair, Gist set her sights on working on hair. She specializes in naturally curly hair, conditioning and silk press, and puts a strong emphasis on healthy hair. Her goal has always been to make her clients feel cared for and comfortable.

When a friend noticed her caring nature and skills, they suggested she pursue a career in massage therapy. After some consideration, Gist did exactly that.

“I have always had a natural affinity for caregiving,” Gist said. “A friend recognized that, and recommended that I look into becoming a massage therapist.” Gist took that advice and has been working in the industry since she enrolled in the Massage Therapy Program at Clary Sage College in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

And now, with 20 years of experience performing relaxation massage and healing massage, Gist tailors a variety of massage modalities to fit each client’s specific needs. She also offers complimentary wine and soon will offer cheese boards.
